It is in moments of separation, that we as humans adrift apart from ourselves or each other, and this can start the beginning of the first stage of fear.
This is when our minds become restless and then too quickly we conjure up fearful images – which appear like bad dreams that we mistake for reality. Each one of us has a story and yes one that is important to each individual growing and learning to evolve here on this existence.
If we could just relax in knowing that being here on this existence instead of believing that we have to be doing all the time, we would have a much better lens of life. Yes we must take action and plan to a certain degree although as humans we take this side of consciousness to the extreme. The reason for this is the patterns and programming we have endured from a very young age that has taught all of us to be independent and controlling.
Just being here means that we are evolving, learning and growing for evolution which is an understanding that most people don’t even consider. It is because of this reasoning that fear has become one of the most powerful concepts that cause so many issues in people’s lives. We are not broken in any way, we are a 100% worthy all the time we just have problems and issues that we don’t know how to change. If we did we would live a life of profound joy and peace.
What this article will be about is to educate you about restoring the lost connections that you believe are the core issues behind the problems and issues you are experiencing in your life. It is only a very small article on such a large subject. You can not fit all the concepts and ideas into something that I have been researching and working with for such a long time. Yet in these pages I can give you a fundamental understanding of the wonderful tools I have now been using.
In my life it was my greatest experience to find a simple way for people to start educating and learning to understand their own fear and to heal it permanently for you. It was from my own experience to have a set of new understandings and ideas to work with on a daily basis that has changed my own life in profound ways. We all experience fear this is a given, yet it is when we are in denial of this fear that brings about continual exchange of psychological stress that leads to the absurd amount of dis-ease and sickness on this planet.
It was the simplicity of my tools I was choosing a “something” that people could understand and use every day so that they could become proficient in their own healing experience. I began my search many years ago and held in faith and grace that I would be given a tool of simplicity and this day has arrived. My job is not to cure people yet help them cure themselves so that we can have a real dream of a domino effect happening out there.
Healing Fear requires a deep understanding of a process that many are not prepared to enter unless there is a definite guarantee, and the reason for this is because this is how the human mind would have us believe from our education since we were born.
Many people’s beliefs are so set in stone because they evaluate their own identity with these beliefs being right or wrong and their perception of the world, events, and situations as the real cause. Another false belief!
Fear is behind our entire core belief of “self worth” and is the bridge to understanding the human mind from an unconscious prospective. While people living in previous centuries certainly have had to confront fear like we are, and of course those threats in many forms, I believe that they weren’t subject to the kind of fear experienced now in the twenty first century.
The reason I believe this is because of the pressure you place on yourself to achieve and the success we believe we must attain in this fast pace lifestyle. This society is always on the go!
The twenty first century has often now been referred to as the “age of anxiety.” Anxiety and Depression which is associated with all sorts of fear has led me to believe that at its “core roots,” is that it arises both individually and collectively out of a state of separation or disconnection.
This separation can occur on many levels, including separation from family members, from community, from cultural backgrounds, from nature, and most essentially from one’s disconnection of self. Security does lie in connection with something larger on a Spiritual level and in a sense of unity with you, others and the Laws of Nature here. Again this all depends on your beliefs.
All fear arises in that moment when you have lost touch with the larger sense of connection and perceive something (almost anything) to be a threat to your sense of security and survival or stability in your environment. That threat at times may sometimes be real, yet in many cases it is imagined or comes from the part of the mind that contributes to your beliefs and values.
Feeling disconnected and isolated enlarges that sense of threat. Feeling connected and supported fosters a sense of safety and comfort. While people living in previous centuries certainly had to confront fear and threats in many different forms, I fully believe they weren’t subject to the kind of fear experienced in the twenty first century. The reason I feel this is that we have such a fast pace life now as I stated before, and are trying to juggle so much into an ordinary day.
We put so much pressure on ourselves to have more materially, and to become under the false pretence as perceiving we need to gain more success from external influences to feel accepted and loved. It seems that society today is very different from times gone by and we have become more complex and fragmented, which are primary factors in human separation and alienation that is causing our fear base society.
It seems now that the industrialization and urbanization of modern society have played a large role in promoting this multileveled condition as we develop more in our technology and computer engineering dynamics. Our lives have become so fast pace that the average person now has developed a personality on “constant control” just to assume normal time constraints.
A deeper and more serious form of separation induced by fear is that in modern society is the separation that people are connecting with themselves is they blame externally for their own issues through fear. What I know through my own research and experience with clients is that I am the creator of my own destiny; therefore in any given moment I have a choice to choose a better way of how I perceive life.
If you change your outdated beliefs that you believe are protecting you, you will find that your life changes. This is not something that is a great secret it has been held for many over centuries, and what many other cultures have held in certainty. It is western society that has lost touch with this concept as our forbearers have taught us to become so independent; however we have taken this control and independence right of the map to the extreme.
Rebuilding the connection to a more better and peaceful way of life, is the concept of truth that I work with and have fantastic results. You might ask yourself here whether you have experienced any or all of the types of separation just described. Do you have a connection between them and your separation of fear?
There is hope in healing the alienation created by modern society and our caregivers, yet it does require “action” on the part of each individual. Society will change when each of us is prepared to take responsibility and ownership for ourselves and this is not controlling anyone else or rescuing them.
We can do this by our contribution to owning our beliefs and issues and doing something to change these outdated concepts that have held you prisoner for so long.
Of all the forms of disconnection, and separation that causes fear from self plays the largest role in contributing to various kinds of emotional difficulties. It is known now that there are many origins to a state of division within you. It seems to me though that most of our fear is caused by important factors known as past trauma and cumulative stress. If this untapped fear is left to grow it will then develop into what is termed “psychological Stress.”
Challenges do not go away, however we can learn very quickly on handle these situations through my tools and skills. You can learn how not to react to the trauma and fear in your life and gain the peace, joy, laughter and happiness that you have forgotten.
